Undercarriage Torque Arm to counterbalance Atlas Copco EP6PTX32-HR10-RE Pistol Grip Nut Runner. This FlexArm uses a pneumatically counterbalanced arm to reach up vertically. This arm with end effector has two vertical rotations allowing for side to side movement. Linear Torqe Arm with Rotational Mount
Custom rotation mount to hold an Ingersoll Rand 90NM right angle nut-runner on a Linear Torque Arm. The tool freely rotates around the blue axis (shown below). It also rotates around the red axis, which has a pull pin to lock the tool in all four orientations. More Info
Stud Welder Tool Mount
The FlexArm holds Stud Welder tools perpendicular to the working surface at all times and has the ability to swivel 180 degrees for alignment. The stud gun is angled away from the arm so that it does not interfere with the front of the arm when it is in a closed position. More Info
Custom tool mount to balance and easily position a Porter Cable 8902 router while allowing for three axes of rotation. The mount allows rotation in the vertical axis and two horizontal planes. The mount clamps around the top of the tool body. Two handles on either side of the tool body clamp around the lower part of the tool body. This FlexArm is designed for upside down tightening, perfect for raised assembly lines. FlexArm also created a custom mount block to hold Atlas Copco’s ETD ST61-50-13, 4.2lb Nutrunner. The undercarriage torque arm with extended reach can accept torque up to 80ft/lbs. More Info
M-60 with Pnumatic Rivet Tool Mount
This mount features a free rotating vertical rotation as well as horizontal rotation to provide tilt. The horizontal rotation will utilize compression washers which will allow the tightness of the rotation at this joint to be adjusted. This feature is to allow the tightness of the rotation at this joint to be adjusted.
Rotation Clamp Gimbal for High Torque Tool
This arm is designed to be beam mounted and is reinforced for large amounts of torque. The Custom mount sleeve will clamp around the 4" diameter tool and be able to rotate freely around the blue axis as shown. The arm and mount will not react the torque for this tool in this fastening orientation, so a reaction bar was added.
FlexArm will design a mount to hold Acradyne’s 9.2lbs nut runner on FlexArm’s model G-30. This mount will have a hex profile that will replace the reaction bar on the tool similar to below. The tool will be held perpendicular to the working surface at all times.

Air Rammer Mount
This custom mount to holds Jet manufacturing’s 2T 18lb air rammer on a G-30 model arm. The air rammer is mounted so that it is perpendicular to the work surface at all times. The mount has rubber inserts to minimize vibration to the arm and keep the tool secure in the mount. Steel front side plates are on the arm to resist wear caused by the vibration of the tool. The clamp will mount around the wrench flats to keep the air rammer secure in the mount.
This mount fits the 10.5lb Festool model 1400 router. The mount will attach to the router around the indicated area on the tool guard. This mount will be able to pivot 180 degrees around the vertical axis for alignment and will stay perpendicular to the working surface at all times.

Inline Nut Runner Mount
The image shows FlexArm’s proposed to mount Aimco’s AEJ4B66625B inline tool on the G-36 arm. The tool is held perpendicular to the working surface at all times. We will use the 6000 Series Single Ended Flat reaction bar shown below to attach to the custom mount. We will need to have the reaction bars sent in to modify them to the proposed mount.
FlexArm designed and created a custom mount to counterbalance and torque react the 7.5lb Ingersoll Rand inline nutrunner on a G-36 arm. The mount has a 360 degree vertical pivot (red axis) and front to back tilt (blue axis) to allow for misalignment.

3 Tool Mount- Impact Wrench
FlexArm will design and create a mount to hold each of these 3 tools: Ingersoll Rand’s 2950 Series B7 (41.85lbs), Atlas Copco’s LMS88-GIR38 (40.85lbs) and RTP8100 (41.85lbs). The tool will be mounted to a FlexArm model G-45 in a horizontal position and be able to swivel 360 degrees. The image to the left shows the mount that will clamp around the 101mm OD of the RTP8100. It also points out how the separate mounts will change in and out with the specified bolts. The other two models will be mounted similar to the image on the right, which is bolted to the tool in the same manor that the dead handle does. .
Plarad's 43 lb Battery Nutrunner
FlexArm designed and created a custom mount to hold Plarad’s DA1-13 34 lb. Battery Nutrunner on FlexArm’s model G-60. The mount will be similar to the image shown below. The tool will kept perpendicular to the working surface at all times. It will connect to the reaction ring which FlexArm will weld directly to the custom mount.
Top Cat Vertical Grinder
This custom mount holds Top Cat vertical grinder on a model RNR-20-BM arm. We provided options for mounting this arm on either a pedestal or a magnet base. The magnet with flange weighs 34lbs, while the arm and mount weigh roughly 40lbs. The arm can be easily removed from the mag base and maneuvered separately if the combined weight is too much.
